THE Easter story as you’ve never heard it or seen it before!

The Easter story is one of intrigue, deception, injustice, death and eventually triumph.

On Good Friday the community of Highworth will come together to present the story in a different and exciting way. From 7 p.m. (with the main presentation from 8 p.m. on 21 March the centre of Highworth will be the setting for a contemporary retelling of the Easter story using a mix of music, drama, film and fireworks.

Come and find out how music from the Kaiser Chiefs, U2, Coldplay, Queen, Handel and Andrew Lloyd Webber is used to bring a fresh new perspective to a story that has come down to us over 2 millennia and still captivates people today.
